  • Triple stitched for maximum strength. (Most manufacturers use only 2 rows of stitching)· Each Buffalo cover utilizes webbing top and bottom throughout the cover. (Many manufacturers have the double webbing only around the edge and on each strap going into the cover only 18” to 24”)
  • Strongest thread in the industry – DB92.
  • All machining used to assemble the Buffalo cover was custom made for HPI to insure the finished product could not be manufactured any better.
  • Burst strength under testing conditions meets or exceeds 385 pounds per square inch.
  • Puncture strength equivalent to 100 pounds with conventional object.
  • 302 grade commercial rated stainless steel springs have a compression load of 410 pounds per springs.
  • 3’ x 3’ grid Buffalo covers have a 34 x 20 weave count
  • The special mesh material is rated for 100 gallons per square foot per minute under normal installation.
  • Warp abrasion (tensile strength over the length of the cover) – 240 pounds
  • Fill abrasion (tensile strength over the width of the cover) – 150 pounds
